Why we don't use overlay widgets: Accessibility overlays like accessiBe add a JavaScript layer over broken HTML but don't fix the underlying issues. Screen readers still encounter the same problems. We believe in fixing accessibility at the source code level for genuine compliance.

Our Commitment

Bold Media Group is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards to ensure we provide equal access to all users.

Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, which is the internationally recognized standard for web accessibility and the de facto legal standard for ADA compliance in the United States.

Our website has been audited and remediated to meet these standards, with ongoing monitoring to maintain compliance.
